Above prices are for each exam from 30 minutes to a 3 Hrs exam. Exams longer than 3 hrs will be charged $50/hr extra with a minimum charge of $50.

BOOKING INFORMATION

• All bookings must be made at least 10 days prior to exam date.
• Emergency bookings may incur a $50 surcharge (subject to availability).
• Private Room: $250 per 3-hour exam (starting 4:00 PM on weekdays).
• Other convenient timings -- prices on request.
• All fees shown are for up to 3 hours. HST extra.

NOTE: WE DO NOT INVIGILATE EXAMS ON WEEKENDS

Reschedule Fees

$50 each time you reschedule which must be done within 48 hrs of booking date.

$75 each time you reschedule each time beyond 48 hrs of booking date.

No Show

In case of no show there is no refund.

Cancellation Fee

If exam is cancelled beyond 24 hrs of booking date, there is no refund.

Refund Policy (Weekdays Only)

 

• Within 24 hours -- 50% refund
• 24 hours to 5 days -- 25% refund
• Beyond 5 days -- No refund

Courier charges

$65.00 extra for Canada (PUROLATOR FOR CANADA)

$85.00 extra for USA (DHL FOR INTERNATIONAL)

Students are advised to schedule the Exam with us first by calling (647) 271-3330 or send Email to: admin@proctor4exam.ca and then book their Exam with their University/Organization. Students should also phone us 1-2 days before the test date to reconfirm whether we have received the Exam from your University.

Student Identification

Students are asked to come to the exam prepared to show their student IDENTIFICATION CARD OR PHOTO ID. When such identification is not available, another form of PHOTO IDENTIFICATION is usually sufficient as long as your host institution does not have more specific requirements.
